From Wednesday 9 September, we are pleased to be reopening our Chertsey centre and will be welcoming clients from 10am-12 noon on Wednesdays. The Foodbank leadership team are meeting to design the onsite workflow and the health & safety precautions to be implemented, and will ensure an environment and a process that is safe for volunteers, clients and the building.
We will be offering pre-packed emergency parcels to clients who attend the session. These emergency parcels will have been previously packed into crates at the Runnymede Foodbank warehouse and then shipped to the store room in Chertsey.
If you need support and plan to attend the session, please ensure you obtain an e-voucher from one of our referring agencies and bring that with you. We’d also suggest you bring a face mask and your own bags, if possible.
